The ESQM 2.0 marks the next stage in the development of our spherical pillow block bearing for tracking solar modules. The realigned profile holder makes assembly easier as the flat side of the square profile now rests more steadily in the bearing.
By combining solarmid G for the housing and iglidur P UV for the profile holder, we have achieved a material that is up to three times more UV-resistant than the predecessor model and also guarantees smooth, low-wear and jerk-free movement without stick-slip effect over decades.
The galvanised and sheet metal extender crossbar with Magnelis coating helps keep installation height low, which reduces the amount of material used in the entire tracker system.
Targeted material redistribution also increases the structural stability of the bearing and also creates a price advantage compared to the predecessor model.
The tribologically optimised material pairing of solarmid G and iglidur P UV is three times more UV-resistant

Thanks to integrated solid lubricants, which replace external lubrication, the pillow block bearing does not require regular service calls
The compact design reduces the distance from the bearing to the solar module and thus helps save material in the overall design
Strategic material redistribution leads to a radial load capacity of up to 50kN, as recommended by us
Recesses integrated into the profile holder keep the cables organised while the new alignment simplifies assembly
The Magnelis coating offers self-healing corrosion protection that permanently protects the metal extender crossbar from environmental influences
