Our new product: Module Connect
The customised interface: Module Connect is the concept of a new type of plug-in connector for connecting electrical cables, fibre optic cables and pneumatic hoses. As a cable connector, our modular plug-in connector is characterised by a space-saving, flat housing and is used wherever several or a large number of cables need to be connected in the smallest possible space.

Our new product: igus Robot Control
The igus Robot Control is the first choice for solving automation tasks in the lower- and medium-performance ranges flexibly and efficiently. Communication between the control system and the software of the same name takes place via Ethernet or WLAN. In addition, the control system offers several interfaces via different communication protocols using integrated functions. The igus Robot Control allows for simple and intuitive robot control and programming, making it easy to get started with automation.
Customer request: energy chains for cleanrooms and ESD
Our new product: E6.ESD energy chain series
The new E6.ESD energy chain series is not only made of electrically dissipative ESD material, but is also cleanroom-compatible, low-vibration and quiet. The ESD material reliably prevents static charges in the manufacturing processes of electronic components or assemblies. The E6 series is available with inner heights of 29, 40 and 52mm and can be configured online.

Our new product: ESD-compatible 3D printing materials
Our electrostatically dissipative laser sintering powders iglidur i8-ESD and iglidur i9-ESD are ideal for applications where ESD specification is essential. Use them to prevent damage to electrical components and to produce antistatic components for machines that require ATEX certification. The materials are characterised by high stiffness, which means that the parts deform less at the same load. Like all other 3D printing materials from igus, the ESD powders contain solid lubricants that ensure low friction and eliminate the need for additional lubricants.

Experience a revolutionary way of searching for products with igusGO - our cloud platform with artificial intelligence. Just take a photo of the existing application and igusGO will show you which igus products help to make your application lubrication-free. The app also shows where there is even more potential to improve the technology of your machine and even save costs in the process. You can find out more about applications that have already been solved on comparable machines and go directly to the shop, where you can view further information and order or enquire directly.

Our new product: Chainge recycling platform
We have launched the Chainge recycling platform to make the recycling of technical and industrial plastic very easy. On our platform, you can recycle plastic from both igus products and products from other manufacturers. You also have the opportunity to buy and sell recyclates at our marketplace. The platform is rounded off by our network, which you can join as a recycling partner.
