Intelligent flange bearings for predictive maintenance

A new generation of igubal® spherical plain bearings for predictive maintenance

Smart flange bearing with iglidur sensor and wireless readout.

The intelligent igubal® spherical plain bearing is equipped with a predictive maintenance system. The sensor-based data is sent via a long-range network (LoRa) and provides clear information about the condition, service life and upcoming or recommended inspections. This ensures precise planning of maintenance work.

You alone decide how & access the data

Data transfer within your local company network (i.Cee:local) or via the secure cloud (i.Cee:cloud)

i.Cee:local

Your data do not leave your company network at any time, since the i.Cee software communicates only within networks of your choice. Options range from an energy chain within a single machine to a machine park and your own output interface.

i.Cee:cloud

With this Internet-based solution, the data makes a stopover via i.Cee.net, a so-called data concentrator. The i.Cee.net is located on your premises, which means you can stop or adjust the data exchange to the cloud at any time.
