Bag forming, filling and sealing machines like this one pack a wide variety of products at high speeds. This machine achieves 40 cycles per minute. In this cycle, the individual bags are fed to the cutting tool, sealed and cut. Linear bearing technology is used for the safe and precise movement of the tool for sealing and cutting, which is designed to reliably keep up with the cycle output over the long term. One of the packaging machine manufacturer's main concerns was to avoid regular replacement of worn components.

In addition to an iglidur flange mounted bearing, the solution today consists of several linear plain bearings.
