Whether in the joints of the booms, in hydraulic cylinders or in the skate wheel of the crawler tracks - excavators and loaders have a large number of bearing points. And they are exposed to extreme conditions that can affect their performance and service life: high loads, strong vibrations and shocks, dirt, dust and changing weather conditions.

If steel or bronze bearings are not cleaned and lubricated regularly, there is a risk of damage to the bearing and shaft and machine downtime. We have developed high-strength fibre composite plain bearings for heavy-duty applications that do not require any external lubrication. This saves you the time and expense of regular maintenance.

With their maintenance and corrosion resistance, our bearing products and energy chains also score highly in less extreme conditions, e.g. in adjustment elements in driver's cabs.
