The proven E6.29 series made of standard material is now certified for use in dry cleanrooms by Fraunhofer IPA for ISO cleanroom class 4. The E6.29 was tested in a dry cleanroom with a dew point of -40°C (this corresponds to a relative humidity of 1%) and cleanroom class ISO 3 at 3 different parameter sets (v=0.5m/s, a=1m/s2 ; v=1m/s, a=2m/s2 1%). humidity of < 1%) and cleanroom class ISO 3 with 3 different parameter sets (v=0.5m/s, a=1m/s2 ; v=1m/s, a=2m/s2 & v=2m/s, a=4m/s2) and thus achieved the best possible result ISO 4.
