Join Our Team as a Senior Manager – Injection Molding & Tooling!

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead injection molding operations, tooling strategy, and supplier development initiatives. In this role, you will drive manufacturing excellence, improve production efficiency, and ensure high-quality standards across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Injection Molding Operations: Ensure optimal machine performance, quality output, and productivity improvement.

Process Optimization: Drive initiatives such as cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, and OEE improvement.

Tooling Management: Lead mold design reviews, tool trials, validation, and lifecycle maintenance planning.

Supplier Development: Evaluate and develop suppliers for molds, inspection systems, and testing equipment.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO standards, audits, control plans, SPC, and FMEA.

Problem Solving: Apply structured methodologies such as 8D and 5 Why analysis.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Quality, and Sourcing teams for smooth product industrialization.

Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance to production teams and engineers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Mechanical, Polymer, or Production Engineering
• 8–15 years of experience in injection molding
• Strong expertise in molding processes, tooling, and troubleshooting
• Experience in supplier development and quality systems
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
