Low coefficient of friction, high wear resistance and excellent resistance to media and corrosion - ideal for 24/7 continuous operation

Our plain, spherical and ball bearings, slewing ring bearings, rollers and gears are made partly or entirely of our tribologically optimised high-performance plastics - for moving, dry-operating and permanently maintenance-free applications.

Thanks to the integrated solid lubricants, regular service visits and the risk of incorrect or insufficient lubrication are eliminated. As there is no grease as a binding agent for particles, they are also extremely resistant to dirt and dust.

This reduces unplanned downtimes and simplifies operation considerably - especially in continuous and multi-shift operation.

With smart plastics, we integrate sensor technology directly into our motion plastics components and make their condition measurable. This allows wear, service life and load to be monitored continuously - in real time and during operation.

The systems record relevant status data such as abrasion, movement, temperature or electrical load and make it available digitally. Based on this data, maintenance measures can be planned as required, unscheduled downtimes can be avoided and spare parts can be scheduled in good time.

The result: higher system availability, greater planning reliability and a transparent overview of the status of moving components - without additional external sensors or costly retrofitting.
