igubal ECLM T – spherical bearing for maximum tolerance compensation
The igubal ECLM T clip bearing is specially designed for applications where maximum tolerance compensation is required. It can compensate for tolerances of up to ±0.2 mm and offers maintenance-free dry operation, which eliminates the need for lubricants and thus significantly reduces maintenance requirements. Installation is quick and simple thanks to a clip-in mechanism, allowing for straightforward setup.
The housing of the ECLM T is made of igumid G, an impact-resistant and long-fibre reinforced polymer, which is suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +120°C and can withstand short-term temperatures of up to +180°C. This material gives the bearing high dimensional stability and long service life. The material for the spherical ball can be selected, with options such as iglidur W300, J, J4, J4V, R, UW and stainless steel available.
Thanks to its ability to compensate for tolerances, the ECLM T is ideally suited for applications where precision and flexibility are required. The igubal spherical bearings are an outstanding solution for a wide range of applications where high performance, freedom from maintenance and insensitivity to dirt are essential. They offer numerous advantages over conventional metallic spherical bearings and are a cost-effective, lightweight and robust choice for machine and plant engineering.
